Fish farming

Disciples of Mercy support HIV positive clients through income generating activities such as fish ponds.

Not only are fish a high source of protein, but through the income generated from this project, we are able to cover some basic costs for care and treatment. Our priority is to have each group member registered with the National Hospital Insurance Fund so that their inpatient costs are covered.
